The "National" footwear of Greenland. These boots are a part of the greenlandic national suit. The black boots are for a boy, the white for a girl.

At first i did wounder what it was till I opened it, and I was quit surprised to find this footwear, and what colourful sharp shot it is, i like how you have blurred the background out i find it put more attention on to your photo,

What an amazing shot! Absolutely incredible presentation with great focus on the boots. I love the way we can see the mountains in the background, too. Excellent work!

Excellent shot, composition & exposure is spot on, very nice that you've kept the mountain ridge and clothes line alligned. I can almost smell the crisp clear air and even though I haven't been there for more than 30 years, I still have a weak spot for Greenland.
