Photographer's Note

After i had had my first ekspedition with Bente and Mogens I posted what I called my first macro, but my father has just mailed me these three shots I took in 1999. That summer my parents pond had so many dragonflies hatching it was a catch for any bug nut.
I managed to get several shots of the "fles" hatching, meaning leaving that thing sitting next to the draonfly, the shell in whcih they live the first long part of they lives under water. This one had just stepped of the back of it's dead shell and was dryibg off, getting thinner and thinner, and leaving the innitial flouricent green colour they have when just hatched.

This was taken with my dads first handy digicam, not a very good one, and with no manuel options.
Because of the strange quality of the original this has undergone alot of PP, blurring the BG, adjusting leves and contrast, removing burned parts from the flash, cropped and framed.

Hope you like it.

PS. Check out Torben's critique for further usefull info.
