Photographer's Note
One of the most beautiful museums I've seen, an I've seen a lot, the Glyptoteck in Copenhagen. Both the architecture and the art are beautiful. Highly recommended to visitors to this nice country.

Beautiful! I like the focus and the direction that the reader's eyes is steered to - all toward the statue.

I wish the picture had been larger because it's a very good shot. I like the way the stair is leading us directly to the statue, and the play of light & dark tones.

A very nice shot, I don't have any comments to add to what's already posted, but I'll like to add a few notes on the subject.
The image shows an extension to the original museum designed and built 1994-96 by architect Henning Larsen. It is a three story "shrine" in stucco lustro (to the left), build to house french impressionist painting and placed inside a service courtyard in the old building (to the right and behind). In between there is a large skylighted staircase leading to a roof terrace.
At the same time the architect also redesigned the collection of ancient egyptian mummies and sarcophagus placed in the basement. The staircase to this is placed just to the right from where this picture is taken.
So at this point you can choose between walking to the left upwards to impressionist painting, light and the sky, or to the right downwards to a black egyptian tomb. A very refined architectural composition.

I like the clean sharp lines leading to the statue
(in the thunb-nail I thought it was a boarder about to decend the stairs)
it is a well sen picture .
Ps I like very much the additional information from Torben thank you

Very nice composition Amos! In minor technical terms, it would be nice to see a little more detail in the marble (if possible with marble;)), and in the statue (a bit of burning in PS?).

Très belles lignes architecturales. On dirait que l'espace a été pensé spécifiquement pour cette statue. Bravo pour la photo\
