...or maybe a fairy godmother, because the theme of the samba parade (see my previous uploads) was loosely based to tale of Sleeping Beauty.
After samba it's time to get back to reality, slowly but surely.

I like this better than your previous posts from the samba parade, Kari, (but nothing wrong with them) because of the human interest element. The poor kid looks quite bewildered at his mother's gear. Nicely framed. I thought it could do with a little more contrast, but when I tried that in a WS it made the pink wig over-saturated, so I think it would need some work with layers to achieve that. Hi Kari,
I like these pink images from Tampere. There must be much been changed since I was there for the last time. I knew that the tango is quit popular in Finland, but I understand that more Latin-American dances are infiltrating.

Hello Kari -

This is a cute image with a costumed mother playing with her child. I think the image is slightly under exposed and could use some brightening. I really like the composition and the eye contact you have with the mother. Her smile really makes the image work.

This must be your "Pink Mood" Kari. Interesting catch as we glimpse part of the real life of a person in the parade. That pink wig certainly catches the eye.

This could be called 'various shades of red'. Nice composition though. A bit contradictory to see the Fins, known for their melancholy, in a boisterous Brasilian samba-mood. :~)
