This is a hand printed pic scanned and posted. Over a little hill just outside Pontariler there is this small chapel dedicated to Notre Dame. The view from the chapel is very beautiful. I was on the street under the top of the hill and saw the different levels of clouds making nice patterns on the sky. In the printing process the lower part has been made very dark to improve the contrast with the clouds.

secondo me il bianco e nero � la tua dimensione.. riesci a dare molta poesia ai tuoi lavori.. questa foto � ben inquadrata e bilanciata, i giochi delle nuvole sullo sfondo poi, danno quel qualcosa in pi�..complimenti!!

Ciao Alex,

I really like the composition of this and the clouds are really good. Good observance of the 'rule of thirds' with the grass/building/sky defining the rule. It's a pity the image is lacking a bit of sharpness - due to the scanning process I guess and not a blurred image and also I think I would have rotated the image clockwise slightly as the building seems to lean down the hill at present. Good shot though.
