Bonjour Pierre,
Unfortunately with the gloss that we see too often in the museum when we look at the paintings, but this Virgin and the child is worthwhile.
We can clearly see how one painted the body of a child in this time with the anatomy of an adult person.

Hello Pierre,
Back to one of your favourite themes, paintings. The varnish covering the painting has not helped you here, giving it a glossy aspect. Nevertheless, you have managed the light reasonably well and the colours are nicely rendered with good clarity.

Bonjour Pierre,

Personnellement je pense que les oeuvres d'art superbement expos嶪s dans les mus嶪s sont bien � leur place . J'ai vu tellement de touristes asiatiques litt廨alement toutes les photographier comme si c'彋ait une n嶰essit�.Ici, la lumi鋨e est trop forte et brule les d彋ails.

I have never heard of this Italian artist but he gives the Virgin Mary a stately and elegant appearance and the Christ child baby and endearing innocence. Good colour and sharpness. Tfs!

Salut Pierre,on est a Paris mais on parle encore de l'art italienne,dont on peu voir beaucoup des travaux au Louvre. Voila' encore un magnifique example de cet artist du 15eme siecle,capture excellente comme d'habitude. Belle soiree' et merci,Luciano
