Thats a lovely composition full of steel and glass frames all so imaginatively captured together. Nice balanced work. Almost a work of art with modern architecture

Ce secteur de la d嶨ence est le concentrat de la richesse industrielle. Ce que l'on appelle les affaires.
Je ne suis pas un fana de cet art que l'on retrouve partout dan,s le monde. c'est pour moi le symbole de l'exploitation de la mondialisation par les puissants alors que beaucoup et de plus en plus crevent au bord des trottoirs ou dans des campagnes desert廥

Definitely not the type of architecture associated with Paris but it does look great. I like the saturation of the glass in the framing, the good exposure and the perfect lines created by the building. The reflections add a nice touch of life to the scene. Nice work Laurent.

I like this type of abstract architectural shots a lot. The strong symmetry and geometric sense of the building's lines contrast quite well with the loose patterns of the reflections as well as the light and dark parts.

Pour moi, c'est l'essence m瘱e de la Matrice que je vois l�... Et puis, si on se dit que ces reflets sont un peu hypnotiques, c'est encore plus vertigineux...

Bonjour Laurent,
c'st surtout le cadrage qui constitue ici la grande quali� de la photo, elle lui donne un aspect tr鋊 graphique.
On y appr嶰ie aussi les jeu de r嶨lexion et de lumi鋨es et la tr鋊 grande nette� de la prise de vue.
Une photo qui prouve que tu passes ais幦ent d'un type de sujet � un autre.

Very nice abstraction, Laurent. For "purifying" the composition, I would suggest just giving a little more crop at the bottom (to get rid of the reflections in the two corners) and to the left (by two squares to eliminate the shady stripe in the upper left corner). You should be able to produce many great images by shooting at different times and weather conditions. Regards,

Bonjour Laurent,

A beautiful abstract image of geometric shape, of parallel and oblique lines, of triangles, rectangles and trapezoids. With planes of reflecting plate glass there is the extra dimensions created by the reflection, refraction and transmission.

I like this photograph very much. You've chosen the ideal angle to create all these patterns.

Je viens de decouvrir tes photos du quartier de la Defense. Une jolie serie. J apprecie sur celle ci le cadrage serre qui produit une image un peu abstraite et qui permet de se concentrer sur le jeux des lignes et des reflets. Je pense que cette photo est une bonne candidate a une conversion en N&B.
