Photographer's Note

Jaunt in Brando sequel.

At the time of the post of the image on Santa Maria Assunta, I had shown you part of the Santa Maria delle Nevi vault (NOTRE-DAME OF SNOWS, celebrates on August 5) like his engraved lintel (in no-claims bonus).

Here today in its entire splendor, this old pi憝anie of BRANDO built at the 6th century, rebuilt in Xe.
Unfortunately I could not penetrate in this religious building to photograph the two groups of extraordinary frescos of the 14th century over which one will notice St Jacques Major the naked feet with green tunic, red coat, delivers to the left arm, stick of pilgrim and the freshness of the face of St Christophe crossing a river.

On the back the bell-tower of the parish church Santa Maria Assunta.

In workshop, the old vault seen back. One will notice his environment and his situation in bottom of the mountains.

snunney, pierrefonds has marked this note useful
