Photographer's Note
- Site of the Bridge of Gard, classified in the heritage of the UNESCO, is the ancient monument most visited in France, with more than a million visitors by year. His building goes back up to first century AD, the only reason to be of this aqueduct, work of civil engineering, consisted in supporting a driving pipe, on 50 kilometers, since Uzes until Nimes, waters of the sources of Eure. This photo of the Gardon river which goes under the bridge is taken since the latter and one sees its shadow on the rocks.
