Photographer's Note
This is the view from the top of Aiguille du Midi, a pinnacle in the Mont Blanc Massif at an altitude of 3,842m. This point is accessed via a cable car ride from Chamonix and as well as offering a stunning view point, gives access to off-piste skiing and paragliding.
On the day this was taken it was very overcast in the Chamonix valley. It brightened up in the afternoon but this point is above the cloud base.

The use of the circular polarizer is just right. Like it. Good pov. Remember my trek overthere also ;)
