Photographer's Note

A Quintenas, tout pr鋊 d'Annonay, il existe une tradition d'幨evage de chevaux de traits. Chaque ann嶪 a lieu une journ嶪 pour la pr廥entation de ces animaux qu'on n'a plus l'habitude de voir.
Ces chevaux ont repris du service notamment pour aller chercher les arbres abattus dans des coins difficiles d'acc廥.
Hier, ce cheval devait s'ennuyer et devant l'appareil photo il a jou� les vedettes. Je l'ai pris en suspension dans un saut.
J'ai d� enlever des taches de soleil et ajouter du contraste.

Amazing shot against the sun!
The shadow of his all 4 legs showing and proving that he is really in the air is what makes the pic so perfect!

Excellent combination of perfect timing and handling of backlight. I guess I don't know enough about horses to understand what's going on but thats amazing all feet up and head down.

C'est ce qu'on appelle "avoir les quatre fers en l'air"! ;-)
Tu as vraiment su capturer cet instant. Le cheval est parfaitement cadr� dans l'image, la lumi鋨e est belle (malgr� le contre-jour) et j'aime beaucoup l'ombre sur le sol. Bravo!

Hello Jacques, it's amazing how you captured this. I don't think I have ever seen a horse jump like this before. The backlighting illuminates the mane perfectly and the shadow of the horses legs enhances the height of the jump.

Prendre un cheval de trait en plein l憝itation faut le faire !!! Image insolite et j'aime beaucoup la luminosit� qui met bien en relief l'廦uid� et lui donne en plus une esp鋃e d'aura. C'est tr鋊 bien vu, bravo Jacques pour ce beau coup d'oeil.
