Hotel de Ville. Brest is small and beautiful town. Hotel de Ville is the center of all activities. And it is the zero point of the city. All the major bus routs starts from here.

Very interesting and effective photo . I like the Black and White effect, with the silver springs and the dark characters.
I have added it to the group theme " Fountais enchantment". I hope you don't mind.
