Photographer's Note
This is the Saint-Pierre Cathedral of Rennes.
As I said in a previous note, Brittany is a traditional religion land. Numerous churches and cathedrals were built from Middle Ages to the XIXth century.

I was out of this silent planet when I took the shot.
I looked at the cathedral wedged between buildings and I saw the late sunlight on the stone that makes me think there was still something sacred in this lonesome town.

Bonjour David,
Nicely composed shot, good sharpness. The tops of houses and cathedral seem to be a bit overexposed (or in countr-light).
Thanks,
Marek
