Tai chi, a photo from Ile-de-France, North

Spending a full mini TE meeting (see WS), walking along the Ourq canal, and la Vilette. Coming out of la G廩de, I saw this man making some tai chi gestures. Don't change your PC setting, the background is not sharp, due to the reflections of the landscape on the big dome!

Tu as su parfaitement nous montrer ce haut lieu de la m嶮ecine chinoise. Gr歊e � ton talent tu as pu capter toute l'幯ergie lib廨嶪 par le corps de cet adepte et qui amplifi嶪 par la sph鋨e de la g廩de est arriv� jusqu'� nous par l'interm嶮iaire de ton appareil photo.
J'esp鋨e que cette 幯ergie pourra 皻re r嶰up廨嶪 par les deux membres de TE que j'ai cru reconnaitre dans le WS et qui vu leur 殟e avanc� commencent � en avoir besoin.

Superbe composition avec les reflets dans la coupole, les taches de rouge attirent le regard, par contre le sujet est bien nette.

Hi Claude,
Very nice shot of the man practicing Tai Chi, which I hope to see many people doing it in China, in October. I like the abstract background from the reflection of the dome, I think it makes this image better and more interesting than just the sky.

what a very strange backdrop.
the reflections are beautifully abstracted.
the man helps with size perspective and helps to create a mood of tranquility.

Hi Claude,

This is a very impressive shot, so much to look at, especially that strange sphere behind the main subject. The silvery, mirror surface has done a good job of giving a great backdrop and dispersing some more colour into the image. Well seen and captured, a good moment.
