Photographer's Note

An old shot I have discovered recently with another eye.

Cap Ferret (English: Cape Ferret) is a headland, situated at the south end of the commune of L銶e-Cap-Ferret in the French department of Gironde. The headland takes the form of a spit, which separates the Atlantic Ocean from Arcachon Bay.
With its geographical position, this sand point is subjected to a strong marine pressure. In order to resist to the erosion, wood logs were set up there.
