Rocamadour, castle.

Perched on the cliff, the castle dominates the village and its religious city.

The photo was taken along the road from the castle to the village of l'Hospitalet, he also overlooking the valley. An facility was made especially to the attention of photographers (see WS).

Hi Delphine
I'm surprised nobody has yet to give you positive comments on this one.
I'm not a big fan of white skies, but this is the type of photo that can change my mind.
the white skyline makes the Castle stand out so well.
seems to make it even sharper and easier to view.
love the viewpoint. and its funny they make a viewing gallery for photographers :)

Hello Delphine,

This is classic, I love it. I know black and white image are not very popular on this site so I really appreciate you for presenting it in B&W. It really adds a timeless quality and sense of nostalgic to it. Perfect composition. Everything is in the right place. The light was not easy with the bright sky and dark shadow but you managed very well with still lot of details in the trees and rock formation and good texture on the architecture elements.

Le sujet est beaucoup trop contrast� de sorte qu'il n'y pas grand chose � voir dans la
falaise.
Photoshop aurait pu vous aider � rendre la photo int廨essante; suffit de pratiquer!
