Photographer's Note
Every four years, there's a sea & sailors festival at the breton city of Brest. As it's almost obligatory in Brest, it was cloudy and looked like it was going to rain. Then, I looked at the boats and I loved them. A colorful note in a grey city. Understand, it's grey because of the colour, the festival was fantastic, lively, bustling!! There are loads of concerts and people dance and sing sailor songs from around the world. And you can see the breton folklore. I even got a Brittany flag for me!!
I've used ACDSee, again I recommend it. It's great.

Bonne composition. J'aime bien la disposition des bateaux et leur couleur. Dommage que le temps fut pluvieux et n'ait offert que ce ciel gris!

Bravo pour les couleurs des voiles brésiliennes et les tonalités grises de la ville de Brest quand le temps est bouché. De toute façon, les couleurs du port sont toujours grises. J'aurai recadré en enlevant un peu du ciel.
Les fêtes maritimes de Brest- Douarnenez sont tous les 4 ans mais la ville de Douarnenez en organise une plus petite tous les deux ans.
In the english version, you said it was every 6 years but it is 4.
