Photographer's Note
On my last night in Moorea, I went to the beach to watch the sunset. Of course, this heavy cloud came along to block the majority of the sun. I snapped the rays that came from behind the monster cloud. I guess all sunsets have their own unique charms. Life could be worse!

...but it gave you gorgeous rays, seethere's always a silver lining to the dark cloud.
Beautiful color and the composition is good. The photo seems noisy in the darker clouds.

You're right! Sunsets each have their own unique charms. This one is so very nice, and that island is placed so effectively in the framt. This photo is just a bit soft, but I love the colors, composition and emotion elicited by it.
