Ploumanach Blues, a photo from Bretagne, West

Photographer's Note

I am back from different places with some new stuff for publishing...
This one is from a wonderful week-end I had mid september with some friends of mine, all photographers, in Britanny.
No use to present Britanny as a paradise for photographers... this is well known !
But maybe some words about this part of Britanny called "C矌e de Granit Rose" (Pink Granite Coast, in french in the text).
It is located in the department of "C矌es d'Armor" west of Perros-Guirec.
Ploumanach is a city located at about the center of this coast and where the rocks are the more typical and give their incredible colors.
I will try to post some others quite quickly...

Hi Christian,
i like it, the main subject is nicely off centred and good contrast between blue and golden tones...well taken photo!!

que ces couleurs de debut de journ嶪es sont belles et flattent idealement le granit de cette cote.
une image au cadrage tres sympa qui nous emmene au phare que le ciel semble regarder (ou inversement !!!).
une escapade bretonne superbe

Retour de vacances ? Bon courage !
Bonne construction de la petite perspective conduisant au phare et une jolie coloration des rochers. Il me semble distinguer un halo autour du phare ?
Sinon j'avais pas remarque avant que t'etais aussi passe au 30d, ca fait longtemps ?

The colours of the stones are exceptional, not very pinkish :) but fascinating. What a glorious light for such kind of scenery ! Perfectly exposed and composed image with nice lines and geometry.

les couleurs du premier plan sont tr鋊 belles et contraste bien avec le ciel bleu.

Salut Christian, elle est vraiment belle cette photo, la lumi鋨e est exquise et tu as su la capter d'une fort belle mani鋨e. Le r廥ultat est vraiment tr鋊 int廨essant, ahh 蓷 me fait plaisir de voir la bretagne si magniofiquement photographi嶪.

A refreshing POV .... I especially like the warm glow given by the dying sunlight and the gaping start of the path that leads the eye to the lighthouse.

Hi Christian,
I like the composition of this photo with the lighthouse to the right and the rocks in the foreground. The colours on the rocks are beautiful and the eye is led into the path to the lighthouse. Well done and TFS :-)

This image have wonderful light, I like the composition and the landscape but over all the beautiful warm sunlight enlighting the stones, well seen and done, compliments.
