Photographer's Note

Prades d'Aubrac Department Aveyron - 417 inhabitants - Altitude 888 meters - Paris 601 Km.

Picturesque small village located at the foot of the mounts of Aubrac.
Saint Laurent church dates from the 16th century.
This church is not easy to photograph because it is built on an tight high hill.
From the top of the hill the luminosity was too hard at the time when I arrived.
From the staircase one can see the porch, but there is no suffisament retreat to have a better point of view with the risk to fall down the hill.
The commune of Prades offers a multitude of leisures, canoe in the Lot river valley of the, and skiing in winter at Brameloup station.

I cannot remain a long time any more here being constrained to take again the road towards my destination of holidays at Gruissan.
I will wish one day to better explore this marvellous area in my next holidays.
