Photographer's Note

A view from the trail that starts from Sankt Bartholom� via Kuhroint H慤te to Sch霵au a. K霵igssee. You can see Sankt Bartholom� on the water's edge and a boat on its way there. Since 1909 only electric powered boats are allowed to ply the lake which has the status of being the cleanest & purest lake in Germany. It is claimed that the water is of drinking quality. This area is part of the Berchtesgaden National Park. Photo taken about an hour before reaching Kuhroint H慤te.

what an amazing view of the k霵igssee-area! :-) i can even see the famous
church of Sankt Bartholom� down there. not much to add here - nature and

Due to the very harsh light, the photo lacks some contrast, but that is compensated by the amazing view, great POV and very good composition.
