Photographer's Note

The Rothenburg Market Place is bounded by the Rathaus (Town Hall), the Clock Tower, St. Georges Fountain (circa 1608) and shops and cafes. In this view is the Town Hall consisting of two parts. The gothic building includes the Imperial Hall and the 65 meter high tower, built from 1250 to 1400. The renaissance building faces the Market Place circa 1572-1578 and has an arched terrace (1681).

Hello Ray,

Pleasant view of the Rothenburg Market square. Strange that there as only a few people. Usually it is rather crowded place, with many people sitting on the stairs. I like such a roof with windows on different height.
