This is another picture from Barmstedt near Hamburg and the nice littel museum island

A part of the little island is the very small pottery factory ... a nice place to see and buy a small range of pottery before you enjoy coffee and fancy cake in the old castle jail :-)

Meantime a very special and rarely things here near Hamburg : SNOW !

This picture is from December 2010 ... and in the last 7 or 8 years we haven't snow ... a big damage for the children .....

Hello Karston,

I thought you had been having snow recently but it was an archive view of the snow.
It certainly adds to the attraction of the small factory, making it looks quite Christmassy.
The lamppost and the wreath are also attractive elements and all nicely included in your photograph.

This small pottery looks just wonderful. And no doubt a good layer of snow adds extra charm. Lovely winter day. No such luck here in Southern Finland at the moment.
