Photographer's Note
About the story:
standing beside the rebuild "Saline Philippshall" (after a fire damage three years ago..) i was thinking about some pictures with the theme "bookmark and sense of depth", these are the results you will see in my weekly-theme..
About the picture:
we are looking here from nearly the south end of the "Saline Philippshall" and about 330 meters far away you will reach and see the northern end..a bit behind on the hill you can see another landmark of Bad Dürkheim, the "Michaelskapelle", known by the members here from some other shot of me there around..
at Workshop two bonus-pictures about the building..
Some Infos about the building:

Hello Bernd,
Another very nice shot, I like some of the extra tall vertical format, that allow you to eccentuate the height of things. Although here on this one, I thing the extra foreground really don't contribute much to the composition. I like the perspective with the lines leading us into the vanishing point. Excellent sharpness and good light and beautiful colors.
