Potsdamer Sunset, a photo from Berlin, East

Berlin, January 2003.
I don't quite remember the date when this picture was taken, but I surely remember the time.
I was going to the Potsdamer Platz to buy a new video camera from one of the shops there. I hapened to go earlier to get some time. I took the U-Bahn and headed to the Shopping Center at Potsdamer. When I went out on the light, I saw this remarkable view. The sun has just set between the New York style building on the left and modern style Sony center on the right. This made a perfect oportunity to take a picture of it and I was lucky to have the camera with me. The day finished with me not buing anything (for the day) but at least I saw a new movie in the IMAX in the middle building (there is another IMAX in the right hand building).

Prelep urbani soncni zahod. Pogledam nebo in si mislim kaksen lep miren trenutek si dozivel, spodaj, na cesti pa vidim divji promet in si mislim, da si bil mogoce edini, ki si ga dozivel ali celo opazil.

Dober motiv mesta z zanimivimi neboticniki in dodatno se lepe barve neba v ozadju.Tudi luci dodajo svojo carobnost k sliki.

Beautiful sky Aleks - I like the somewhat strange outline of these three buildings - it is a nice capture of the city in this moment - the passing traffic - the combinations of ligts in the buildings - very nice!

Kolku mokna fotka. Prekrasen agol, a neboto samo go naglasuva mokniot izraz na zgradite. Potsdamer Platz za mene e mnogu drago mesto, pa ti blagodaram za fotkava.

Aleksandar mnogu dobra fotografija. Mnogu dobro go imas doloveno neboto i modernite zgradi. Edino sto 'smeta' na fotografijava e glavata na covekot dolu.

Hallo Aleks!
A remarkable foto with a wonderful atmosphere and the contrast between the sky with it's incredible colours and the already rather dark city with the triple-columns. I have been there a few months ago, but I hadn't the luck of this wonderful evening.
A very nice shot!
