Photographer's Note

First of my vacation shots, this one from the metro stop at Acropoli. This metro stop by being so close to this important monument meant that it was an archaelogical excavation at the same time.

Some of the findings are displayed in here making this metro stop an archaelogical museum at the same time.

If you ever visit Athens it is worth to exit at this metro stop and walk around Acropolis on the pedestrian only road. An evening walk is recommended to avoid the summer heat and to enjoy the Parthenon by night.

The shot is taken with fisheye lens as I like to experiment with this lens occasionaly.
