Hello Gregory,
I like the light, atmosphere and POV. The capture of the moving water in the foreground is amazing and the clouds in the background add a lot of interest. I fear the horizon line is quite tilted and the lens you used brought a curve in the same. Please, add some information about the camera and lens you're using.
