The Rio-Antirrio bridge here (Greek: Γέφυρα Ρίου-Αντιρρίου), officially the Charilaos Trikoupis bridge after the statesman who first envisioned it, is a cable-stayed bridge crossing the Gulf of Corinth near Patras, linking the town of Rio on the Peloponnese to Antirrio on mainland Greece.

Name
Its official name is the Charilaos Trikoupis Bridge. Charilaos Trikoupis was a 19th century Greek prime minister, and suggested the idea of building a bridge between Rio and Antirrio;..etc.... wikipedia

Great capture of the illumination of the bridge. The outline of the mountains against the blue sky and the last bit of sunshine looks particularly marvelous. I might have cropped out a bit of the sky to perhaps give the picture a more panoramic frame although a regular frame works quite well too.

Γεια σου Γιωργο.Φανταστικα χρωματα και ιδανικο φοντο που τα αναδεικνυει.Τελικα αυτη η γεφυρα ειναι πηγη ανεξαντλητων θεματων,εχω δει τοσες πολλες μα και τοσο διαφορετικες φωτο της.Το ανθρωπινο ματι τελικα ευθυνεται που εκμεταλλευεται τον χρονο και τις συνθηκες τοσο υπεροχα εντεχνα και συναισθηματικα που χαριζει τα αποτελεσματα αυτα.Υπεροχη.

δεν αντιστάθηκες στον πειρασμό και πώς να αντισταθείς σε τέτοιο θέαμα, ενώ είναι ένα πολυφωτογραφισμένο θέμα πάντα ελκύει την φωτογραφική και όχι μόνο προσοχή, είτε για το μεγαλείο της είτε για το μπλε ελεκτρίκ που την ντύνει τα βράδια, εδώ έχει γράψει πολύ όμορφα και η σιλουέτα της οροσειράς στο βάθος

A nice set of blues in your night view, from the sea to the sky, but of course the blue lights over the pillars and cables of the bridge contribute largely to the blue dominence.

Hello Georgios,

Nice photo of this famous bridge. The blue pilars are bringing a nice visual effect and provide an echo to the blue of the starting night and the one of the sea.
Nice to have the silhouette of the mountains in background.
I feel the bottom of the photo is a bit too dark, perhaps can be good to try to do it lighter in post processing.

Stunning photo at this blue hour, almost black hour.
Its always difficult to capture enough light, but you managed to do so.

The blackened out mountains in the background provided you with a perfect backdrop, contrasting against the blue lights.
