INFO FROM WIKIPEDIA:
The bridge dramatically improves access to and from the Peloponnese, which could previously be reached only by ferry or via the isthmus of Corinth at its extreme east end. It has a length of 2252 m (2882 m including the access bridges); as it consists entirely of five cable-stayed spans and four pylons, and it is one of the world's longest cable-stayed suspended decks. Its width is 28 meters -- it has two vehicle lanes per direction, an emergency lane and a pedestrian walkway.
This bridge is widely considered to be an engineering masterpiece owing to several solutions applied to span the difficult site. These difficulties include deep water, insecure materials for foundations, seismic activity, the probability of tsunamis, and the expansion of the Gulf of Corinth due to plate tectonics.
Its official name is the Charilaos Trikoupis Bridge. Charilaos Trikoupis was a 19th century Greek prime minister, and suggested the idea of building a bridge between Rio and Antirrio.

I find the contrast between the silhouette of the isolated man in the dark and the illuminated bridge a brilliant idea, plus the colours are amazing, specially the reflections in the water !

The 30 seconds surely does wonders here!! Very nice to see the effect on the light and the water being a mirror. You were lucky that the fisherman was sitting rather still ;-). Nice one!

Hello Georgios,

Excellent, a spectacular architectural landscape here, the vanishing point is well placed and the colourful bridge draws the eye to this place well. The supporting cables of this massive bridge are delicately captured in those white and blue tones. The bonus capture of the passing fisherman is an asset to the photo. The 1/5 of the photo on the right after the point where the water becomes black is a little too dark, so I would have considered a crop; you may have thought to include it as it does offer balance and a panoramic feeling. The sheen of light reflecting in contrasting cold/blue/pink is intricately beautiful and totally captivating for the viewer. Thank you sincerely for this awesome post. I have looked at the others taken from here also. Lucky to have such a wonderful thing so close at hand.
