crossroads, a photo from Magnisia, Thessaly

Photographer's Note

The picture that you see presents a department of National Road Athens Thessalonica! In the means of roughly way 285km it is the crossroads that you see, that serves the city that I live, entry-exit You follow the left ways and will see my city in the depth, it has the name Almyros.
Today you will see pictures two of captured from the crossroads(junctions) that they direct in the city where I reside. My choice is in WS. They are original in shot RAW and processed in photoshop, with Aj/shadow/highlight, Brightness/contrast, filter/U/M, 178kb TE

Γιώργο καλησπέρα

Πολύ έξυπνη και όμορφη η φωτογραφία σου. Απο φοβερή οπτική γωνία με έναν θαυμάσιο ουρανό και δρόμους να σε οδηγούν στο άπειρο. Η κόκκινη νταλίκα δίνει πολύ χρώμα. Πολύ καλό βάθος πεδίου και ευκρίνεια, λίγο υποφωτισμένη σε κάποια σημεία. Εξαιρετική σύνθεση Γιώργο.

καταπληκτικη συνθεση Γιωργο!
Καδρο και γωνια ληψης παρα πολυ καλα.

Hello Georgios!
Once more you are showing us a part of your Country I didn't know about... modern highways in a modern Greece!
I'd really love to go there, but at first we only think of Athens and the islands...
Once more, I'll try to include other parts of your Country whenever I think of travelling over there!

Πολύ καλό και έξυπνο κάδρο και πολύ πετυχιμένη εκτέλεση. Φαντάζομαι αυτό το κάδρο νύκτα με τα φώτα των αυτοκινήτων να γεμίζουν τον δρόμο με κόκκινες και κίτρινες δέσμες ενώ στο πίσω μέρος να φαίνονται τα φώτα του Αλμυρού. Για δοκιμασέ το...

Γεια σου Αγαπητέ Γιώργο
Η γωνία λήψης είναι εντυπωσιακή εδώ. Βέβαια και η προσθήκη των αυτοκινήτων έχει τη συνεισφορά της στη δημιουργία αυτής της όμορφης σύνθεσης. Το βάθος πεδίου είναι πολύ καλό όπως τα πλούσια σύννεφα και τα σωστά χρώματα. Στα αρνητικά να αναφέρω την υψηλή αντίθεση που απώλεσε πληροφορίας στις σκοτεινές περιοχές και το έντονο γαλάζιο - μπλε στην σκιά του κεντρικού νέφους. Στο WS τα σκούρα έχουν σοθεί και πάνω εκεί σου έκανα ένα δικό μου WS, όχι τίποτα σπουδαίο μια και η ποιότητα είναι ήδη αρκετά καλή.
Ευχές και καλό Πάσχα σε όλους σας.

The pov and the way the photo is composed is very nice. The sense of depth with the clouds, and sharpness look very nice.
What I do not understand is why you did not post the workshop as original, the colors look much better.

Georgios,
the composition with all the roads leading to different directions is absolutely great. The clouds really help for some additional drama. Unfortunately the PP isn't at the best. You over did the contrasts and that gives a dark impression where actually you could have much more details.
