Photographer's Note
Some Autumn mood from 2021. Why the close focus? Why not? Isn't it the atmosphere that counts here? :)

Hello Gy顤gy,
You were obviously prepared for stupid questions or remarks. I admit I waited for the photo to get completely sharp, I thought my computer was slow. But the ruins referred to in the title are of course perfectly sharp, while the autumn colours and light, and the small pavilion, create a good atmosphere with a touch of fresh air.
Have a nice weekend.

Hello Gyorgy,
I had exactly the same experience as Gert, waiting for the photo to become completely sharp!
Of course, your notes explain what we are about to experience! The moss covered wall, with slight illumination, is perfectly sharp. The autumn colours and sense of mystery lift the mood.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Gyorgy, why not? In fact you're always looking for artistic solutions to show what you're watching and this is very nice too, focus on what remains on castle walls, while the background shows a place for picnic in the bright colors of autumn too, original choice,i like it! Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hello Gy,
I'm a little surprised that you only capture the focus on the rock, but this is the photographer's choice
Lovely sharp on the one rock stone.
Very well done, TFS.
Have a nice weekend,
John.

Hi Gyorgy
A macro styled photo of the mossy rock foreground with the out of focus background adding a touch of mystery. Well done.

Playful dof to focus on the old stones up front and the history they tell. I love the post, combination of picture and note, here, Gy. Good one! Thanks for posting it.
