Photographer's Note
I found this path in the Botanical Garden (Lystigarður Akureyrar) and I thought it would make a nice composition.

"The Public Park was opened in 1912 but the Botanic section in 1957. The park has been enlarged three times since 1912 and is now about 3.6 ha and lies at 40-50 m altitude at Eyrarlandsvegur road near midtown.
The aims of the activity in the Botanic Garden are several. The most important task is to provide northern Iceland in general with trees, shrubs and perennials that fulfil demands upon beauty and hardiness. The garden is also meant to function as genebank for hardy plants suitable to the weather conditions in Iceland. Apart from that the general idea is multiple use, such as seed-exchange, public information, education and recreation.
There are about 6600 alien taxa growing in the garden now in beds and nursery and around 430 species of the native taxa."

I like your enlightenment and pleasant colours, the spooky silhouette makes your picture very nice.
Composition and presentation are superb.
Very well done, TFS.
Have a nice evening,

Szia Marci,
Ahogy az izlandi fotók esetében, itt is ügyesen alkalmaztad az "emberi jelenlétet" hogy feldobd a kompozíciót. Szépek a fények.
Üdv,
Gy.

Hi Marci
When I think of Iceland, Botanical Gardens dont exactly spring to mind. In fact, when I was in Iceland I dont remember seeing many trees at all.
Smart idea to bring in all these alien species, it will work out in the future. Creative shot and execution with the slow shutter over 4 seconds. Is that you? haha
cheers
Craig

Hello Marton
Very atmospheric image, very evocative, the kind that would do really well on a movie poster or the cover of a novel. Really good one, tfs!
