Photographer's Note
By now the peace march has reached it's noisiest. Again by panning and using a slow shutter speed of about 1/15 sec and a second synch fill in flash I am trying to create a sense of drama and movement. By tilting the cramera slightly creates a feeling of tension also.
The good news is there is only one more to post and then its arrivadercci police shots!!

Good photojournalism. Great tilt of frame to make the flag stand out...with a nice blury back ground.
The synch flash worked pretty well here.....and I'm glad somebody is trying something different.
This is the type of shot where you don't wait around for the sun to go down but rather, have to be on your toes in crowded condidtions.
Great Job.

hi mark,
good one - you are there with your camrea, with every detail we can asses that this image was cleverly composed and prepared;
me not particularly happy with the flag (well, some historical reasons) i do love the motion here, and in particular the panning resulted in an excellent blur of the background;
going to see the previous posts;
tc, j.
