Photographer's Note
Well this is the final one of the Italian Police shots. At the back of the peace protest is this trolly loaded with t-shirts. If you notice they are all anti establishment condoning drugs etc etc. I know that a lot of people are offended by these type of t-shirts with their use of the nazi symbol and the Russian images too. Some people see Che Ghevara as a revoulutionary hero, others as a murdering thug. You takes your pick etc. etc.
As with the previous shot I have slightly tilted the camera, used a slow shutter speed and again with second synch flash. The panning has resulted in a blurred background which helps separate the two trolly sellers from it. It has created for me the right balance of tension and drama to the image.

Hi Mark,
successfully shot. Panning shot with crisp focus where it has to be and good speed created by the blurring. You used tilt well, it leads the shot in the direction of movement. Good work.
Now about the imagery, its sad that those who protest Nazism often resort to glorifying murderers like Guevarra or Lenin.

I could immediately tell you panned on this shot without reading the notes. Nice technique here.
Although photojournalistic shots fit for newspapers and magazines are not too popular here on TE, this would be a publishable shot if the right people saw it.
Great Job.
