Bellagio was one of the oldest Italian tourist resort, the first hotel in Bellagio was the present Hotel Metropole (the first on the right) , founded in 1825 .

Hello Robert,
This is a very good composition with an excellent combination of daily life street shot and postcard. There is a beautiful view across the water towards the buildings and in the foreground a number of people provide an interesting human presence. It's really like two photos in one, quite different of style but both very attractive. I also love the dark sky and the warm light shining on the buildings, possibly just a short while before a heavy shower.

As the people in the FG , we can enjoy the sun and a superb view on the lake and the village , wheras mountains are under the storm .

Hi Bob,i been there many years ago,when my oncle lived in Lecco,very close to Bellagio and watching this lake too.A great capture of the pearl of Como Lake,taken in a perfect moment,sun and dark clouds are always excellent ingredients for a wonderful pic,i like it! The only Bellagio I know is the one in Las Vegas haha.

interesting to see the town here on TE.
Looks to be extremely quite and peaceful, calming and soothing. Lovely light and colours too.
My only critique or change would be for you to move slightly to your right or left, to get the tall Pole out of the man's head! :)
