Photographer's Note

This is the 7Th photo of my trip to Europe last September posted in TE.
This time we visit the beautiful Lago di Como (Lake Como)just about 45 minutes by car from Milan.
Lake Como is one of the most beautiful sites of this area and is much visited because it has very impressive views of both the lake and the mountains with very nice villas. The picture was taken from one of the hotels located in a villa called Bellagio and for me it was interesting to see this place not only for its beauty, but these mountains are full of beautiful villas that many of them are on the shore of the lake and others on the mountains.
Lake Como has always been a popular retreat for aristocrats and wealthy people ever since the Roman times, and a very popular tourist attraction, is widely regarded as being one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.

Salut mon ami Emile,
Merveilleuse photo de voyage, je vois que tu as pass� de superbes vacances. � premi鋨e vue je croyais voir une photo des Antilles. Tr鋊 jolie composition et excellente perspective. L'avant-plan est de ce qu'il y a de plus beau et j'aimerais 皻re l� pour relaxer au bord de la piscine et admirer ce paysage.

La Italia es un pa疄 rico en belleza natural y magn璗icos monumentos art疄ticos creados por el ingenio humano. Este es un lugar maravilloso, muy bien capturado desde un excelente punto de vista. Me gustan los preciosos colores, la buena luz y gran nitidez.

a really nice panoramic view of the Como lake,with the hotel to be found at a perfect position dominating almost the whole area.I like the colour management as the brilliant light of the day.Informative your not too.

Hola Emile, wonderful view and contrast between foreground and background. I want to spend the day visiting the other side and at the end of the day, relax by the side of this pool. Love the changing of blue from the pool to the lake. Excellent framing and inclusion of these branches...I can almost feel I'm on this balcony with you ;-)
