This is a nicely tight composition, packed with fine details of all kinds, including nature, architecture and things of the sea. I like the well saturated colours and the fairly strong contrasts very much.

great to see you posting new photos again, we need all the TE members we can get now adays.

just goes to show a scene with alot of dark clouds is just as good as a blue sky day. Also, it makes the picture full frame, no empty spaces.

and the colours along the bottom help to bring it all out.

You are right. There are many lovely towns near the North-Italian lakes. Nice colours on the walls, nice vivid sky and impressive landscape on the background.

Very beautiful postcard from that charming lake town. That is one of the most appreciated areas of Italy (even in my opinion the South is a lot more beautiful). Well taken scene.

Menaggio is certainly one town I'd like to visit some day. Lake views, mountains, classic architecture. And it certaily looks best from the lake.
