Photographer's Note
Spotted in a shop window in Venice. The Italians are known for very fine leather crafts and shoes, but 200 Euro for these seemed a bit extravagent!

Good eye to catch this! Good idea to include some normal shoes around them for contrast. I agree that the price is high; maybe you could have purchased one instead of both, for 1/2 the price, so you could have a souvenir. Where would you wear these, anyway? Well done.

Good shot, Russ. Hope I will never meet one wearing those shoes... The photo is perfect, it takes a while to realize what you are seeing... Very nice effect. Well done. Ciao, Marco.
