Salut cher Serge

This is so unmistakably Italian. I love the colour and character, but there is something about the stonework on the right which seems to be a feature all along the Italian coast - and I love it. (Hopefully to see it again this summer as I miss the Beautiful Land so much). Excellent horizontal frame, complementing the horizontal lines created by the kayaks. Great depth of field and a wonderful feeling of summer and the Mediterranean.

Il y a beaucoup de couleurs et d'encombrement dans cette image et les embarcations multiples invitent � prendre la mer. La lumi鋨e a favoris� une image de qualit�. Ici, cette affiche en anglais serait sans doute d嶨endue.

La distance entre le magasin de location de kayaks et l'horizon donne de la profondeur � l'image. La prise de vue permet de voir les d彋ails et les couleurs des bateaux et des kayaks. L'image est claire et nette. Bonne journ嶪.

The colourful kayaks make a beautiful and engaging frame. The shot is well composed producing an interesting set of halves, helped by the light and shadow contrasts.

Ciao Serge, mi hai sorpreso con questa tua foto perch� pensavo di trovarmi davanti ad una localit� del Queben e invece mi sono reso conto che l'hai scattata a Riomaggiore, uno dei paradisi delle Cinque Terre, nelle quali pensavo che il kayak avesse un ruolo solo marginale. Ma il tempo passa ed io sono rimasto alla mia visita fatta a Riomaggiore parecchi anni fa.

Ces parkings � bateaux encombr廥 sont une des particularit廥 de ce joli village des Cinque Terre et apportent leur touche de couleur, m瘱e si le "rangement" est un peu chaotique :)

A well organised and composed image despite the apparent chaotic & busy content. Good sharpness and nice color, saturation and repetition of the kayaks in the fg. I also like the contrast between the vivid fg colours and hazy pastel colors in the top left corner. Bon semaine!
