Photographer's Note
we went for some days to Torino, beautifull city, this is a frontage of a house at the end of via Roma en via P.Micca, but i didn't know more about it...
i like the old street-lamps on this background, a little noisy picture,i know, but i simply like it and wanted to share it with you, i think give good feeling back of these old cities.
In the history of Torino, the period of "risorgimento" will lead Turin from 1861 to 1864 to be the capital of the reign of Italy.
And at this time Turin starts to show its growing industrial vocation.

Hello Anne France,
I like your composition here, a facade packed with windows! Beautiful colours, that old lamp post is also impressive but maybe a tad out of order since the colours are very similar to those of the house? Well... nice one anyway!

Salut Anne-France,
Superbe façade destyle classique.
La vue est bien cadrée, la lumière est belle et ce lampadaire ajoute de la profondeur à la photo !
Superbe !

Not bad, Anne. Turin is not a turistic city but it surely deserves a visit. Here you show the noble side of the city that has also its typical popular quarters grown up in the 50 and especially in the 60' when a strong immigration from south Italy transfomed its social composition. In Italy they don't build so well like in the past. Good composition. By night probably it would have been better (because of the lamp)

Joli coup d'oeil !
