Here we are again in the old salt evaporation ponds of Cagliari. The building you see in the photo belonged to this complex once functioning and now forlorn. I don㦙 know what it was for, probably an electric power station or the guardian house. In the background at the left of it you see the promontory called 璌evil saddle�, one of the hallmarks of Cagliari.

volevo farti i complimenti per questa foto estremamente interessante - hai scelto una prospettiva complessa (nel senso puramente fisico del punto di vista), con linee curve e rette che si incontrano, e inoltre hai scleto una luce obliqua e calda che mette in risalto il rilievo dei vari materiali usati (pietra, legno, ferro, etc.).
Davvero molto bella!

Familiare. Da un p� di tempo, tutte le domniche mattine faccio questa strada di corsa. Conosco bene il percorso e questa foto consente di apprezzare bene tutte le qualit� dello stesso, in particolar modo la splendida scenografia sullo sfondo. Ottimo POV. Complimenti. D.

Been a long time since I saw this mountain Donato, thanks for refreshing my memory. Color is nice and the detail is grand but that the salt flats are no longer used is a surprise, I thought that was one of those "greeen" industries. Oh well, great shot.

Gran bella immagine Donato, ricca di bei particolari.
Il riflesso nell'acqua, la ringhiera arrugginita, la luce del sole diretta sul muretto, le cui mattonelle "stile alveare", creano un bel grafismo.

un punto di vista che solo tu potevi cogliere in questo modo, bellissime le varie forme che si incrociano creando dei disegni particolari, ma il pezzo forte di questa foto e' sicuramente la luce, bella calda e delicata.

Ciao Donato,
foto da me gi� postata sette mesi fa, Le Saline, ma la tua � senz'altro migliore per l'ora in cui l'hai ripresa e poi ci hai mollato un HDR d'effetto.
Comunque � sempre bello confrontarsi con le esperienze altrui e fai bene ad insistere su questo tema delle saline.

Ciao Donato,
piacevole immagine, impreziosita da tanti dettagli perfettamente nitidi che compongono le varie prospettive. L'uso equilibrato dell'HDR dona a questa foto una bella luce calda e veritiera. Hai ragione, ho provato a raddrizzarla con i miei software, ma non � possibile se non mangiandoti mezza immagine. Molto meglio lasciarla cos�, dal momento che il difetto � assolutamente impercettibile. Bravo!

A very pleasant photo, with most beautiful light and colours. Also a good composition and perspective, many details to view. I was wondering if you had used HDR because of the dynamics, which allows the shadows to be very readable, approaching a human eye view. And indeed, I see that you have succeeded really well in applying that technique. Congratulations!

una bella luce calda e morbida che sembra appartenere pi� all'alba che ad un tramonto, che riesce ad essere punto focale di un'immagine molto ricca di motivi e dettagli, tali e tanti che rischiavano di essere dispersivi. Ne viene fuori, invece, una foto molto equilibrata.

Immagine ottima e senza difetti, equilibrio di spazi pieni e vuoti, di zone illuminate e in ombra, profondit�, � tutto ok.
Passando ai punti di vista personali, avrei tolto i fili e distorto leggermente il quadro per raddrizzare le linee dell'edificio lasciando diritto l'orizzonte.

caspita, ho letto tutte le varie risposte...� stato un lavoro pi� della foto!
Mha non so'... forse si esagera con la distorsione della realt�, comunque lo scatto a me piace molto, soprattutto l'idea della ringhiera e il ritaglino di sole a sinistra. Forse l'hai presa al limite...secondo me scattando alcuni minuti prima avresti goduto del bel colore del tramonto con maggior risalto ... ma adesso in autunno quell'attimo di luce calda dura cos� poco...mi d� una tristezza il buio al pomeriggio ... :-(

You used the light delightfully. Though the majority of the picture is in the 'light-shadow' area, the details have come out well. I am not too sure about the rusted railings in the FG...they're part of the scene & without them the picture would lose part of its significance, but they're not too pleasant, are they?
