Hi Piotr,

I like the play between the lighted and shaowed areas. You have caotured well the action of the persons. The length of the street is giving depth to the composition. Have a nice day.

cześc Piotrze, Widzę, ze Wilno Ciebie urzekło. ciekawe zdjęcie przeciw regulo - pod słońce, pochyłe, ale bardzo efektowne. Czy to Prospekt Gedymina? Jak ja byłam w wilnie, to swiętowali dzień Europy. Wszędzie były kioski z regionalnym (z r�żnych kraj闚 Unii) jedzeniem. Można bylo mn鏀two fajnych potraw zdegustować.

Hello Piotr,
This is an interesting experiment. At first it looks like it could have been taken by mistake, but it's a carefully composed and planned photo. The settings were just right to catch the long shadows and to make sure the persons didn't become just black silhouettes. You really captured the pleasant atmosphere of a warm evening in early summer.

That's my cup of tea; a hip street shot into light always a bit hit and miss but you get away with it superbly and the exciting wacky angle! Lovely long shadow which draws the viewer in - as if part being of the show instead of a mere spectator. The rim lights is an icing on the roll, and this an art of photography you got it right. Clap,, claps

Piotr, the backlight makes it difficult to distinguish clearly the passers-by faces. Their shadows are projected on the cobbled street. Good memory from Vilnius, original post

long casting shadows always make for good photo results, don't you think? The end result here is very attractive and catches our eye right away because we don't see such photos on TE very often. cheers
