Photographer's Note
I did a lot of playing with this one.
Scanned, unsharp mask, levels, posterize, general clean up.
This is a winter photo of my village.
Hope you like it.
Season greetings to evrybody.

Oh... La parfaite Carte de Voeux! ;o)
The perfect "Season Greetings" John! Having snow and sun at the same time is wonderful and you made a lovely shot. I like the little "blurry/grainy" effect, it looks even more to the old-fashionned postcards we used to send & receive in my youth...
Great composition!

I think this is the first ever photo I've seen of Luxembourg! :-). Nice light. From the buiildings I think you could find some very interesting 'Breughelesque' scenes in this place.

The light is beautiful, the excellent composition and the semicircle of the fence adds to the impact of the image.
La lumière est belle, la composition excellente et le demi-cercle de la clôture ajoute à l'impact de l'image.

Very nice composition with this half circle road. Reminds me also old fashioned greeting cards. Beaucoup de charme. Bonne et heureuse année à vous aussi.

Beautifull warm colours in this photo John. I love the curv of the road that lets the eye wonder in to the picture and discover the beauty of the landscape.
