" A Moment for Myself "

The title says it all ... my theme for these pictures.

Every now and then, we need a moment for ourselves.
Taking some time to relax and unwind , in nature ...

I usually go to this park Valkenberg when the weather is fine.
Find a nice spot to sit and soak up the sun, much needed Vitamin D after a long winter month.
Or Our favourite pastime , taking pictures :-)

I'm so glad that the shooting water fountains ( 6 ) are back in this pond.
No more the Red person ... well, it was long gone since last winter.

The 'Nassaumonument' is surrounded by orange Tulips ( left ), only temporary :-(

These three pictures were taken on different days of the week.
The recent one is the main picture , followed by WS1 ( 23.03 )
and WS2 ( 09.03 ).

Hello Loong,
You have captured a nice atmosphere in all these photos, and in all of them the focus is on one person enjoying the nice day in spring on her, or his, own. Actually, we don't know if they enjoy being on their own, but let's hope that. In the main photo there is actually a glimpse into another reality. In the upper left corner, beneath the red flowers, we see (or imagine) several (or at least two) persons sitting on the lawn. Do they enjoy the day more than the lady on the bench? We will never know, but the fountain and the details of the bench make me enjoy that part of the photo very much.

Great photo of this woman sitting quietly on one of these benches in the park. You captured her so well against that backdrop of the spray of the fountains. Very well done.

Ciao Loong,I understand very well the sensations that the woman is experiencing and yours too, as you also know I often go to the park of my village, which is really very large and extensive and often deserted. The main photo is superb with its brilliant composition!
The long bench, presented almost as a silhouette, makes for a beautiful underside of the photo.

Hello Loong, a quiet moment perfectly captured against the lovely background of the shooting water of the fountains.
I like the way that the light has caught the tiny droplets of water as they rise and fall.
