Hello Frans, I had to look at your intro picture, as I have a colleague with exactly the same name, but spelled differently, I think.
Thois is a nice pice with beautiful light, and a good foreground with the waving reed.
By coincedence I came by Kinderdijk today on the bike, but I just saw the mills from a distance, it's tourist's time!

Hi Frans, I like this composition, the reeds in the foreground help out the photo but it would be nice to see a little more of them and also some more of the water since it is only visible at the very bottom. Perhaps a lower point of view would have been more effective. Also the branches sticking out on the right side are a bit of a distraction. However, I do like this photo a lot and the colors are very nice.

Hi Frans,

Love this shot of the mills, i love the fact you can see great details in it. The mills stand out against the sky and fields that surround it. i have some photos of Netherlands mills, although i feel your shots are much better. great work.

Hi Frans !
I was in Netherlands last April but the weather did not help me in taking a good shot of one of the many windmills I saw over there.
Yours is very good, showing a typical scene of your country. If something has to be said is about some noise in the sky. Nothing that a pp cannot fix.

Hi Frans,
The colours of spring are so great here, in this very well composed picture! The contrasting black in the windmill and the excitement added by the red roofing make this one very pleasing to look at... Your POV adds some branches to the right, I think you'd be better off without them but it is a minor objection... Well seen and well performed!
