Hi Valdec
A good composition; the building's placement and the road that leads to it drag the eye to your subject.
However, turning the photo to B&W has rendered this photo a high key one and thus, now the darker tones, here the trees, are more dominant in the frame than the building. Also I feel that this picture needs to be straighten a few degrees.
