Polish Life Page 3

Sun shines differently for different people, this is obvious. In Warsaw the weather is not bad at all.
Warsaw is a place of Poland where the real estate companies grow - what we say in Polish - as the mushrooms after a heavy rain. And so do the real estates themselves. But interestingly there is something strange about the numbers: EURO 4000 per m2 in the center of Warsaw in a luxury block of suites, in the country where an average monthly salary is EURO 600. That makes for over 5 months work for a single m2, 50 months for 10 m2, 500 months (41 years) for an apartment of 100 m2. And only then you need to buy furniture, equip your bathroom and so on
This is madness...
But the number of new apartments is increadible. Do not ask me how it works, I do not know!
TBC.

Photo: It was quite tempting to TILT this image. However I have decided not to do it this time. Then I tried to eliminate distortion but then the horizon line got tilted so I decided to leave the original image.
