Photographer's Note
A view through the coal mine scrubber window covered with lampblack.
Everything is black there, but there is green life outside...

No i to jesteś TY!

Hi Jan,
I must say that your way of thaking pictures, feeling the mood and transcript your vision is just amasing.
I simply love this image, an open window in dreamland. Goes to my favs...

Bonjour Jan,
Bravo.
Amicalement

Cholerycznie cliche, ale wykonanie swietne.
Uczucie klaustrofobii, zamkniecia w pulapce.
Dobre.

Hello Jan,
Bold and clever use of this dirty window and the little 'jewel' of a view.
I like it a lot!!
Best wishes....Maggie

it is impossible to understand what I am seeing until the whole picture is open... I like that you keep it in its original colors, not turning into b&w or sepia tones. I like your interpretion of "life outside". It is quite dirty, full of stains and dust, but through a very narrow hole you can see the pure simplicity... Congrats,
Burcu

Hallo Jan!
One of your best! Great! Already as a thumbnail eyecatching and intriguing. It shows the contrast between the miner's profession, miner's life and the light "outside" in a very impressive way. Hats off for this picture! By the way, who is this serious and respectabe gentleman in your intro? ;-)
Greetings from cold and grey Siegen!

Ta fotka opowiada jakas historie, Slaska, bolu, nadziei i prawdy. I tak mozna by na 1000 sposobow interpretowac Twoje Dzielo. Pozdrawiam i dziekuje za to zdjecie.

Hi Jan
Excellent graphics here with such an interesting texture on the glass pain. The broken bit is an added bonus allowing the view to peek through to the field. Well seen.

hello Jan,
