Good angle to take the photo, nice architecture and good colors contrast with these warm tones, good effect with orange colors and ladies in the FG, tfs.

Hello Carlo,
It's a simple composition but you made a very good observation. The two red women are perfectly placed on each side of the mainly red bikes. It's an amusing snapshot with a pleasantly warm light.

It seem indeed the Netherlands with the pink colours of the clothing of the lady and the bikes.
