Fluvial beach, a photo from Guarda, North

Hi all,
Today is the day to bring you a photo of a fluvial beach in Loriga (Serra da Estrela). It is a very pleasant place to spend some time diving in the COLD water;)
In this one i tried to also capture the view of one part of the glaciar valley in the top of the picture!

Hope you enjoy it!

Changes made to original photo:

Added some contrast, increased a little the shadow and the highlight because of the sun reflecting in the near rocks, added some saturation and sharpned a bit!

what a lovely place!
Cold water would be exactly what one need after hiking in the mountains that are on the background. It was also very nice of someone to build a staircase to make adaptation to cold water gradual:)

Hi Rodrigo,
This must be the ideal place to cool off from the hot weather sweeping some of the EU countries. But if this glacier feed, it must be a bit too cold for comfort ... possibly not many people using it. I like the way you framed the water against that rugged mountain in the background. Color and contrast is good too. Well captured and composed. Well done! tfs

Hi Rodrigo - It looks like a great place to cool off on a hot day, contrast and saturation levels are fine.
